Rosie Bryant is the pastor of Destiny by Design Church, located in the Park Hill area of North Little Rock, AR. Dr. Bryant is the fourth born of the late Joe Bryant, Sr. and Viola Bryant. She has five sisters and three brothers who are co-laborers in the Kingdom of God. As a woman of faith, not moved by circumstances, she believes things are not always as they seem.

Her confession is aligned with the Word over her holy, anointed, covenant adult children (Bobby, Marc, April) who “love God and return good for evil.” Her confession remains that her children seek God first in all their ways and walk in the same love toward Jesus Christ, going about doing good, as their mother.
The slogan, “Teaching Pastor” fits her quite well. She has put to good use an earned undergraduate degree in Business, a graduate degree in Business, and a Doctorate of Theology degree. She answered the call of God and launched this ministry when God called her from her job in 1999. Her decision to reach people where they are and see them transformed before their very eyes reinforces her faith and strengthens her call to Lifestyle Evangelism, one of our mottos at Destiny by Design Ministry.
She has made a decision to put God first in her life, walk the walk of faith and having done all stand to see the salvation, the manifestation and demonstration of His word. Meditation, prayer, teaching, preaching and singing the word keep her focused on the vision and God’s provision. Strongly, she believes the Word of God and the working of His Spirit changes people’s lives. She is excited about our Lord and humbly gives thanks for those who love Him as well.
Dr. Bryant’s messages tackle such issues as healing, wellness, finances and relationships. Her anointed, instructional teaching motivates one toward personal spiritual growth, focusing on overcoming challenges by “hearing and doing” the life-changing principles from the Word of God.
